Cultivés at 1,750 meters altitude in a unique microclimate, the coffee plants of this grandson of coffee growers produce exceptional lots, marked by finesse and elegance.
The cool temperatures of the Huehuetenango mountains, combined with the heat from the Mexican border, allow the development of dense beans rich in complex sugars. The dry summers ensure uniform drying, but Francisco additionally chooses 50% shade drying to preserve the integrity of the beans and their aromatic qualities. Thanks to a careful 40-hour fermentation, this whole bean coffee asserts its remarkable and unique character.
Los Naranjales is an exceptional coffee, perfectly suited for all occasions. Its fruity aromas, where vibrant orange notes dominate, blend deliciously with indulgent notes of caramel and malt. Perfect for both espresso and milk-based drinks, this coffee reveals a balanced profile and beautiful sweetness thanks to its natural processing.
