Several factors come into play when creating your extractions to determine the cup result. Grind size, water temperature and flow time will reveal more or less aroma, acidity or bitterness. Flow is an element that is difficult to reproduce identically, this is where the drip assist comes in. The Hario dripper was developed by 2013 World Barista Champion Pete Licata to ensure identical flow with every extraction.

To prepare your V60, the PDA-02-T assist is a real asset, it will allow you to obtain a stable flow. To do this, it is recommended to keep the same flow parameters. To perform your extraction, you can use the Hario Kit for 1 to 4 cups.
