It was in 1995 that Valrhona transformed milk chocolate with the launch of Jivara. The first bar to offer marked taste intensity and richness in cocoa.
To achieve this very particular flavor, the house developed a balanced blend combining characteristic aromatic profiles of cocoa beans from Ecuador and Ghana.
The Forastero plantations provide beans rigorously selected for their intense aromas, thus allowing the birth of Jivara. Its low sugar content makes it perfect at any time of day.
Jivara will charm you with its creamy cocoa and malted smoothness evoking sweet summer days.
Ingredients: cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, sugar, cocoa beans, brown sugar, natural vanilla extract, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, BARLEY malt extract. May contain traces of: tree nuts, soy.
