Compagnie & Co employs a steam flavoring method to give this black tea from Sri Lanka an intense vanilla fragrance, which will appeal to the most gourmet tea enthusiasts.
For its preparation, nothing could be easier: pour the desired amount of this loose leaf tea into water heated to 95°C and let steep for three to four minutes. Be careful not to exceed this time to avoid the bitterness of black tea and to fully enjoy the sweetness of the vanilla.
