Varia VS3: Precise grinding for every coffee

The Varia VS3 electric grinder is a model that delivers remarkable precision and consistency.

With its progressive adjustment of the grind, its efficient motor and premium burrs, it adapts to both espresso and filter coffee. Compact and durable, it fits perfectly into any coffee setup.

The Varia VS3 features 38 mm stainless steel conical burrs. It benefits from continuous burr adjustment, allowing precise micron-level adjustments thanks to a vertical burr movement in steps of only 10 microns (0.01 mm). This flexibility allows you to fine-tune your grind with great accuracy.

Designed to limit retention, the VS3 adopts a 76.5° inclination to minimize retention. Thanks to the RDT (Ross Droplet Technique), retention drops below 0.1 g for a 10 g dose, and even without RDT, it remains below 0.2 g. This ensures a uniform grind, always fresh coffee with an anti-static design.

Equipped with a powerful DC motor, the VS3 delivers a grinding speed of 170 rpm, guaranteed by a stainless steel transmission ensuring stable and smooth operation.

A quiet, low-retention grinder

It can grind a dose of 18 g in 34 seconds for espresso (setting 4) and in about 25 seconds for filter coffee (setting 10).

The coffee grinder has a 30 g hopper for coffee beans. It has a maximum grinding time of 60s followed by a 90-second pause.

The Varia VS3 coffee grinder is built with a CNC-machined aluminum chassis with a precision of 0.02 mm for exceptional solidity.

It incorporates magnetic elements, non-slip silicone feet for optimal stability.

The VARIA VS3 comes with: a magnetic dosing cup, a silicone hopper bellows, a 5ml TDR spray bottle, a cleaning brush, an instruction manual and a spare parts pack.

To push the performance of the Varia VS3 coffee grinder, it is compatible with Hypernova Titanium burrs for increased durability and grinding containers adapted to 54mm and 58mm.
