A blend with a dark roast for a full-bodied cup
Beans arabica and robusta from Asia and South America were selected to create this coffee bean. They were then worked by the brand and pushed to roasting until a dark roast was obtained. The result is a rather full-bodied and powerful cup, characterized by its aromatic richness with earthy flavors.
Like other coffees from the brand, this 1 kg St Remio coffee bean displays a Rainforest Alliance certification. Indeed, sustainable development in the coffee sector is a major concern for which the brand with the black and white logo wished to invest.
In the cup:
To extract your espresso, count 21 g of freshly ground coffee in your portafilter basket and an extraction time between 27 and 29 seconds.
How about having a gourmand and spicy coffee at the same time? From the first sip, you feel the power of this coffee, both in terms of intensity, and in terms of aromatic richness. Your taste buds are awakened by numerous notes, whether they are indulgent (chocolate, dark, caramel) or rather spicy (vanilla, licorice).
