Receive your label
We send you a prepaid return label by email. No cost to you.
Pack and ship
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging. Attach the label and drop the parcel off with the indicated carrier.
Refund
Once the return is received and verified, your refund is processed within 48 hours. The credit appears on your bank card within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
