With its ultra-precise diameter of 58.6 mm and a flat base, the Baristator tamper is designed to ensure homogeneous tamping of all the grind present in your filter. Unlike classic tampers that do not always cover the entire surface, leading to coffee loss, this tamper ensures complete and precise pressing. When it comes to espresso, every gram counts, and precision is the key to quality extractions.

Developed to fit professional 58 mm filters, the Baristator tamper is however not suitable for single-cup filters.

A base designed for efficiency

The design of the Baristator tamper base clearly stands out from traditional rectangular models, not for aesthetic reasons, but to optimize its efficiency. With its carefully calibrated diameter, this tamper eliminates grind losses.

Furthermore, it avoids the phenomenon of grind lifting, often caused by the suction effect of classic tampers. Thanks to its design, the Baristator allows controlled air circulation, thus preventing any pressure imbalance and ensuring uniform extraction.

Material excellence

Designed in collaboration with renowned barista champions, the Baristator tamper perfectly meets the requirements of espresso extraction. Its black aluminum handle features optimal ergonomics, ensuring a secure and precise grip, with no risk of slipping.

Unlike Teflon tampers, whose food safety is sometimes questioned, this tamper is coated with Xylane, a reliable non-stick material.

The stainless steel base is also coated with Xylane, and the logo was laser engraved with an advanced technique, thus minimizing any grind retention. This attention to detail ensures consistent performance for quality espressos.
