With a productivity of 2.3 to 2.8 g per second for an espresso grind and 2.8 to 3.3 g per second for a filter grind, it perfectly meets the needs of professional baristas. 

This manual grinder is equipped with 65 mm "Pure Diamond" flat burrs, resulting from an exclusive cryogenic treatment that ensures robustness and longevity, while guaranteeing a homogeneous and precise grind, ideal for revealing all the subtleties of your coffee's aromas. Thanks to the micrometric system patented by Eureka, the adjustment is extremely precise, with an easy-to-handle dial located on top of the grinder, adorned with the elegant Eureka Oro logo.
