With its ultra-precise diameter of 58.6 mm and its flat bottom, the stainless steel base of this Baristator dynamometric tamper has been designed to tamp all the ground coffee present in your filter.

A classic coffee tamper does not get close enough to the edge of your filter (thus causing a significant loss of grounds). This Baristator tamper solves this problem thanks to its wider diameter.

This dynamometric tamper is suitable for filters of manual espresso machines equipped with a 58 mm extraction group.

A carefully designed base shape

Its dynamometric handle allows you to obtain tamping with the same precision throughout your day. This guarantees you an identical extraction, regardless of the level of force applied during tamping.

This Baristator dynamometric tamper is configurable: unscrew the end of the handle to adjust the pressure to be applied.
