Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all product sales made by CHRONO CAFE via coffesimo.com to any consumer buyer (non-professional individual) located in Europe or the United Kingdom.
Placing an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs. CHRONO CAFE reserves the right to modify the T&Cs at any time; the applicable T&Cs are those in force at the date of the order.

The products offered for sale on coffesimo.com are:
Range
Coffee machines, barista accessories, maintenance equipment, kits and gifts.
Availability
Products are offered subject to available stock. If unavailable after ordering, the customer is informed and fully refunded within 14 days.
Compliance
The essential characteristics of each product are described on the product page. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only.

Prices
Prices are displayed on the website and are understood as follows:

Delivery costs
Free from €29 incl. VAT. Clearly displayed before order confirmation for lower amounts.
Price changes
CHRONO CAFE reserves the right to change prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Formation of the sales contract
The sales contract is concluded between CHRONO CAFE and the customer through the following steps:
Selection
The customer selects products and adds them to the cart.
Validation
The customer validates the cart, enters delivery details and selects a payment method.
Confirmation
The customer confirms the order by clicking 'Pay'. A confirmation email is sent.
Acceptance
The contract is definitively concluded when CHRONO CAFE sends the shipping confirmation.
CHRONO CAFE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a payment dispute on a previous order, suspected fraud, or obvious price error.

Payment
Payment for the order is made exclusively online at the time of confirmation:

Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard).
Security
All transactions are secured by SSL/TLS encryption. No banking data is stored by CHRONO CAFE.
Charge
The charge is made at the time of order confirmation.
Invoice
An invoice is available in the customer account and sent by email after each purchase.

Delivery
The applicable delivery conditions are as follows:

Free delivery
From €29 incl. VAT.
Carriers
Colissimo for mainland France, DHL for Europe and the United Kingdom.
Dispatch time
Dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time
2 to 5 business days depending on destination.
Tracking
A tracking link is sent by email upon dispatch.
In the event of a delivery delay attributable to the carrier, CHRONO CAFE will contact the customer and take the necessary steps. In the event of proven loss, CHRONO CAFE will arrange a replacement or refund.

Right of withdrawal & returns
In accordance with European consumer law, every consumer has a 30-day right of withdrawal:
Withdrawal period
30 days from receipt of the product.
Return costs
Covered by CHRONO CAFE — prepaid return label provided.
Returned product condition
Unused, in original packaging with all accessories.
Refund
Full refund (product + initial delivery costs) to original bank card, within 14 days of receiving the return.
Procedure
Contact contact@coffesimo.com to receive the prepaid return label.
Excluded products
Food products (capsules, coffee), used filters, opened or used products — except conformity defects.
Exception: any defective or non-conforming product may be returned without delay, costs covered, with guaranteed refund or replacement.

Warranties
Products sold on coffesimo.com benefit from the following legal warranties:
Legal guarantee of conformity
2 years from delivery. The seller is required to deliver a conforming product and is liable for defects existing at the time of delivery.
Warranty against hidden defects
Applicable under French civil law. Action must be brought within 2 years of discovering the defect.
How to claim
In the event of a defect, contact contact@coffesimo.com. Repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the defect.

Liability
CHRONO CAFE undertakes to deliver products matching their description and to process orders within the stated timescales. CHRONO CAFE's liability shall not be engaged in cases of force majeure, third-party acts, or customer fault.
In any event, CHRONO CAFE's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. CHRONO CAFE shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of business or commercial losses.

In connection with the sale, CHRONO CAFE collects and processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and its Privacy Policy available on the site.

Applicable law & dispute resolution
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact CHRONO CAFE first to find an amicable solution.

Competent jurisdiction
Failing amicable resolution, the courts of Bobigny (France) shall have sole jurisdiction.
