Routin recipe idea: Cinnamon egg nog
You will need:
- 20 ml of 1883 Routin Cinnamon Syrup
- 40 ml of Bourbon
- 1 egg yolk
- 120 ml of hot milk
- Ground white pepper
Preparation:
- Frost a glass with fine white sugar and cinnamon shards.
- Add the egg yolk, Bourbon, syrup, and 2 turns of the white pepper mill.
- Stir to homogenize the mixture.
- Pour the milk previously heated with the steam wand.
- Garnish with powder and a cinnamon stick.
- Serve.
