Here is the perfect drink for summer, simple and quick to prepare: themojito cold brew.
Necessary ingredients: 1 cl of basil syrup, 3 cl of ginger concentrate (check out oursyrup range), a few fresh mint leaves, cucumber slices, lime juice (about half a lime), cold brew coffee and lemonade.
Use aready-made cold brew, or make it yourself by performing a cold extraction of a specially adapted coffee (such as theMoka Sidamo Marabou from Cafés Lugat).
Crush the mint with the ginger, lime and ginger concentrate at the bottom of the glass. Add the basil syrup then fill with ice cubes. Add about 7 cl of lemonade, then top up with cold brew to the rim of the glass. All that's left is to enjoy.
