This Chaï Impérial tea can be savored in two ways:
- in the Indian style, the tea is infused in milk. Thus, the cloves and pink peppercorns take the lead in the attack before being softened by the cinnamon, which gives a beautiful length on the palate.
- in the Western style ( (infusion with water), the ginger and cinnamon dominate the other spices before giving way to the pink peppercorns blended with cinnamon to envelop the palate in the aftertaste.
